Hilton Policies

PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANIMALS TO THE SHOW THAT ARE NOT NECESSARY!

  1. All attendees with animals must register them through the Show Manager. You will not be given our group rate for sleeping rooms and/or pet occupancy otherwise.
  2. Pet occupancy is limited to a maximum of five per room, which will be closely monitored by house-keeping staff. One crate per dog is required.
  3. Non-refundable Pet Occupancy Fee: $50 for up to 2 dogs; $25 for each additional dog. Fee applies to stay duration, not per night.
  4. Show management will provide a holding facility to accommodate Competitors (during daytime hours only) who are not staying at the hotel, and all Competitors after hotel check-out on Sunday, until 4 pm. A late check-out would be more convenient.
  5. Pet Care Orientation class must be attended by Competitors and others who will be responsible for the care of animals on hotel property. Competitors who are tardy for this class will not be allowed to compete/certify.
  6. Attendees who are deemed irresponsible for the care of the dogs in their care will be asked to leave the property without benefit of any refund by show management or the Hilton.

PARKING

  1. Off-site parking is FREE! A diagram of the location is available. The Hilton provides a shuttle from the off-site lot to the hotel on a continuous basis during show hours.
  2. On-site parking at the Hilton is available, on a limited basis, at a fee of $3 per day for vehicles taking one parking space only. Daily discount parking coupon available at the Atlanta Pet Fair registration desk each day.
  3. The Hilton is limiting over-size parking to a maximum of 10 vehicles, and they must have a parking pass. Over-size parking fee is $30 per day. There is also a surcharge of $30 per day if you are not staying at the Hilton. There are no water/electrical hook-ups available . . . just parking. Do not expect Hilton over-size parking without a pass! Form can be downloaded. RV parking is not allowed.

The Hilton offers courtesy transportation to and from the Atlanta Airport.
