Mandatory Pet Care Orientation

Thursday, 1:00 p.m.
Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7:00 a.m.

ONLY PETS WHO HAVE A NECESSITY TO BE AT THE SHOW SHOULD BE ON HOTEL PROPERTY.

Who must attend?

Everyone who is responsible for the care of a pet at the show is required to attend the 1st Orientation offered after your arrival at the hotel.

Exceptions will be made for Speakers and Trade Show Exhibitors utilizing a pet as part of a lecture or exhibit.

Competitors who are tardy for Orientation will not be allowed to compete or certify.

READ THIS FOR A SMOOTH COMPETITOR EXPERIENCE!

  1. Read all of the rules, especially the new USA Color/Accessory Application Policy.

  2. Register On-Line, the earlier the better.

  3. Provide an email address that you or someone you know checks frequently. We only communicate by email. Questions should be emailed to document the answer.

  4. Your Confirmation, which summarizes your registration, will be sent by email, normally within 3 days from date of submission.

    COMPETITOR PACKETS HAVE BEEN ELIMINATED!

  5. You will receive your permanent badge, attendance certificate, and gift bag upon completion of the first pet care orientation class offered after your arrival on-site.

  6. A temporary Security Pass/Badge will be emailed to you with the confirmation for you and an Assistant if you registered one. AVOID STANDING IN LINE AT OUR REGISTRATION DESK BY PRINTING IT OUT AND BRINGING WITH YOU TO THE SHOW!

    If you fail to do so, you will have to go to our Registration Desk to have one printed with your name on it, and will be charged $10.00.

  7. Bandanas, which the Hilton requires each dog in our Group to wear, can be picked up at the Competitor Entrance by showing the Security Pass/Badge to our Security Guard.
